PRIVATE BESPOKE PERFUME CREATION PROCESS
As the only Perfumery House in Malaysia with a "Nose" at our helm, we offer Bespoke Perfume Creation service for individuals, couples and private label clients. Bespoke sessions are conducted at our Sensorium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
STEP 1
The Briefing Session
The first online consultation session will be arranged and conducted after the Bespoke Perfume Creation is booked via our online store. (Please see options below)
Creation and delivery of bespoke scents variation samples
The creation of the bespoke scent and its variations will be done within a week from the briefing session.
2 - 3 bespoke scent options in 5ml mini vials will be delivered to the Client.
STEP 2
The Feedback Session
The second consultation can either be conducted online or in person. Client will select the preferred variation from the bespoke scent options delivered, and provide additional feedback and requirements, if any.
Revision and delivery of revised bespoke scent
If a revision is required of the bespoke scent variation selected by the Client during the feedback session, a sample of the revised final bespoke scent in a 5ml mini vial will be delivered to the Client within 7 working days.
If there is no revision required of the selected bespoke scent, the final bespoke scent will be delivered to the Client in the form of a 50ml and a 10ml EDP within 7 working days.
STEP 3
Final Feedback Session
This is only applicable when a further revision is required of the selected bespoke scent variation in Step 2. The third and final consultation can either be conducted online or in-person.
Delivery of final bespoke perfume
If there is no further revision required, the final bespoke scent will be delivered to the Client in the form of a 50ml and a 10ml EDP within 7 working days.
Note: Additional charge of RM3,500 per session is applicable for revision beyond the third revision session.
NOTE
Delivery is free within Malaysia. For deliveries overseas, the delivery charges shall be borne by the client.
